If you are ready to make a change or challenge yourself to do something outrageous but are unsure where to start, this is for you. You will:
Gain clarity on what it is you really want
Create a roadmap to make it happen
Make steady and consistent progress
Have consistent support and encouragement
In addition, we’ll have one Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and debrief session. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.
With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and “transform who they are.”
We will work together meeting for nine 45-minute sessions over 3 months and I’ll always be there to support you via text.

Mental Fitness Bootcamp
If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress.
If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions.

A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all your “negativity” in the way they respond to challenges. Your Saboteurs cause all your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness. Saboteurs include the Judge, Controller, Avoider, Victim, Stickler and 5 others.
Your “Sage” lives in an entirely different region of your brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action. You’d perform better and feel happier.
Following Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence model, this 8-week program improves your Mental Fitness. The engaging, interactive process guides you over 8 weeks, beginning with a quick assessment to determine your mental fitness. The program continues with weekly video sessions, daily app-guided practices to boost your fitness muscles and weekly individual or group coaching sessions.
By enhancing your mental fitness, you will find yourself more productive, resilient, optimistic, and in a better position to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life

90 Minute Deep Dive
Is there a specific situation weighing on your mind that you want to address and resolve quickly but you’re not ready to commit to a full coaching relationship? If so, my 90 minute focused coaching session is for you. During this time you will gain insight and perspective on your problem and develop an action plan to address it moving forward. Prior to this session you will complete a questionnaire for me so that we can jump right into coaching, making the most of our time together.
